Do I need insurance to purchase from the CONTOUR® NEXT Diabetes Store?

No, the CONTOUR® NEXT Diabetes Store does not accept insurance. 


How does the CONTOUR® NEXT test strip subscription work?

When you purchase a 6-month subscription for 100 count test strips, we will automatically ship to your home 100 CONTOUR® NEXT test strips each month, for the 6 months of your subscription. At the time your order is shipped, we will charge your credit card used in the original transaction on a monthly basis. If your credit card has expired during that 6-month period - your order may not be able to be shipped.


What types of payment are accepted?

We will accept major credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Discover. This includes debit cards and FSA/HSA accounts backed by major credit cards. We also accept echecks.


Can I use my Flexible Spending Account (FSA/HSA) to buy online?

If your FSA/HSA account is tied to a major credit card, you will be able to use your card in our online store.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We offer shipping through FedEx and USPS. For tracking purposes, we recommend that you not ship to a P.O. Box.


Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

If you login or register on our site with your email, we will send you an order acknowledgement email when your product has shipped.


Can I cancel my order?

We ship orders on the same day of receipt. In order to cancel an order you must notify our Call Center agents by calling 1-844-262-9520 before 3pm of the day you placed your order.


Are there any limits to the number of products I can purchase?

There is no limit on the number of products you can order however, we do limit purchases to $2,000 per order.


Can I order supplies for my business (doctor's office, hospital, etc)?

We are not a business-to-business provider and unable to support business to business orders or to wave product taxes on qualified orders.
