CONTOUR® NEXT Store Returns Policy

The CONTOUR® NEXT Store will offer refund or replacement for most items if returned within 30 days of receipt.

If you have a product performance issue or question, please contact our Technical Support team at 800-348-8100 between the hours of 8am to 8pm EST.

Requirements for a Full Refund

  • The Contour® NEXT Store will offer refund or replacement for most items if returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unopened.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and with any applicable accessories.
  • Expired or discontinued product is not eligible for refund.
  • The Contour® NEXT Store is not responsible for replacing or refunding damaged or missing purchases delivered or left at the door, with no signature required. It is always recommended you ship to an address/location where there will be someone available to receive your package.
  • A copy of the packing slip/receipt must be included with the returned product.

Refunds

  • The Contour® NEXT Store will refund the purchase price and sales tax for qualified items.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns can only be processed to the same credit card used during the purchase.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled up to 3pm EST on the same day of order. If you wish to cancel an order, requests should be directed to our Customer Service at 1-844-262-9520.

HEALTH INSURANCE
